When you bulk cancel all guests from the Manifest Timeline view, the system automatically changes the status of the time slot to “Cancelled.” This makes the time slot unavailable for future bookings, ensuring no new guests can book during that time. However, if you want to reopen the time slot for the same activity or make it available for future bookings, you can easily change the status back to “Open.”
How to Change a Cancelled Timeslot Back to Open
- Navigate to the desired experience by selecting More > Activity Catalog from the toolbar
- Select the activity you would like to edit from your activity list
- Select Dates & Times from the sidebar menu
- Locate the time slot marked as “Cancelled” and select the checkbox next to the date
- At the top of the editor, click on “Change Status…” and select “Open”
Your time slot will be reopened, allowing customers to book again.
