The Manifest Timeline View allows you to view and adjust resources assignments in real-time. This feature ensures that guides, vehicles, equipment, and other essential resources are properly assigned and visible for each trip, providing greater control and efficiency in managing your operations.

Viewing Resource Assignments on the Manifest Timeline View
- Navigate to the Manifest View by selecting Manifest from the toolbar
- Select Timeline in the upper right
Here, you’ll see all resource assignments for the day, including the start time and duration. For multi-day usage, you’ll see the start and end dates and times.
Hover over any assignment and select the gray arrow to expand details, including other guests or group information:

Adjusting Resource Assignments on the Manifest Timeline View
If you need to adjust resource assignments on the Manifest Timeline, it’s easy to do. Simply hover over the resource, click and hold, then drag it to the new assignment. On an iPad, tap, hold, and drag to move resources.
For example, to move a guest from Kayak 1 to Kayak 1, just drag the block, confirm the move, and the assignment will update instantly:
