By default, gift card purchase confirmations are disabled in your TripWorks account. When enabled, customers automatically receive confirmation messages immediately after completing a gift card purchase, providing them with purchase details, gift card codes, and redemption instructions.
This article outlines how to enable and customize gift card confirmation settings.
Enable Gift Card Auto Confirmations
- From the toolbar, select More > Discover More

- Choose Automations under the Email & SMS section

- Locate the Gift Card Purchase Auto Confirmation section
- Check the box to enable automatic gift card confirmations
- Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred message template

- Select Save to confirm your changes
Template Customization
If your desired template doesn't appear in the dropdown menu, you'll need to Create a New Message Template first, then return to select it from the dropdown.
