Logging a Check Payment

There may be times where walk-ins or in-person transactions require a check payment. 

Follow these steps to log a check payment on a trip.

 

  1. From within the trip, select Payments 

 

  1. Select Payment 

 

  1. Select Check

 

  1. Fill out the fields including the customer name, check number, check date, and amount 

 

  1. Select Save to log the check payment

 

You will then see the logged check payment inside the trip
