As a reseller agent, your dashboard is tailored to help you book activities and track your commissions—all in one place. This guide will walk you through the key areas of the platform so you can navigate it with ease.
Home Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you’ll land on the Home Dashboard, where you can:
- Create New Bookings: Quickly reserve activities or tours.
- Access Recent Bookings: View a list of your most recent reservations, along with their current status.
Creating a New Trip
To create a new trip:
- Select “New Trip” at the top right of the dashboard
- Select the activity, date quantity of seats or tickets, and time
- Enter the customer’s contact details
- Confirm and finalize the booking
Once finished, a confirmation page will display with the option to return to the catalog and book more trips
Viewing and Managing Your Bookings
Under the “Sales” section, you can:
- View a list of all the reservations you’ve made
- Check the status of bookings (e.g., Confirmed, Pending, or Canceled)
- Edit customer details if changes are needed
- Send email or SMS updates to customers directly from the system.
- Add trip notes or special instructions to keep track of important details
To access and manage your bookings:
- Select Sales from the top navigation
- Open the trip you would like to edit by clicking or tapping on the customer name
Tracking Your Commissions
Navigate to the “Reports” tab to keep track of your earnings. You’ll see:
- Total Commissions Earned: A summary of your commission totals.
- Breakdown by Booking: A detailed view of commission earned per reservation.
- Filters: Sort your commission data by date range, booking ID, or activity name.
To access Reports:
- Select Reports in the top navigation
- Use the dropdown menus at the top of the page to:
- Filter by Activity Date or Date Created
- Select a specific date range or period
- Choose a grouping option to organize the data as needed
The data will update below based on your selected filters. Switch between the Detailed Report and Commissions tabs at the top of the report to refine your view.
