In this article, we demonstrate a quick, simple method you can use to view your credit card processing volume for a selected date range.
View Your Credit Card Processing Volume
- Select Reports from the toolbar
- Select the Finance report on the left menu
- Choose the By Type Report
- Select Payment Date from the first dropdown
What is the difference between Payment Date and Activity Date?
Payment date refers to the date of the transaction. Activity Date refers to the date of the tour or activity.
- Using the date picker, specify the date range for which you want to see your credit card charge volume
- Look to the Credit Card portion of the resulting report
For a more detailed report of all transactions, select the Detail report
