Customizing the Calendar View allows you to tailor the display to your operational needs, improving efficiency and clarity. With a variety of filters and advanced options, you can focus on the most important information and streamline your view.

Switch Calendar Views
- Month View: Ideal for a high-level overview of your schedule.
- Week View: Focuses on your weekly operations, showing a balanced level of detail.
- Day View: Displays the most granular view, perfect for managing daily activities.
Use Filters to Refine Your View
- Hide Empty Activities: Removes any tours or activities with no bookings, giving you a clear view of scheduled operations.
- Hide Full or Unavailable Activities: Filters out fully booked or unavailable tours, helping you focus on available slots.
- Display Resources: Choose to show or hide equipment, guides, captains, or specific workgroups based on your account settings.
Advanced Options for Day View
- When an activity has more than five timeslots, the system automatically groups them to keep your calendar organized and easy to navigate. If you’d rather see all the timeslots listed individually, you can adjust this setting under the Advanced options.
How to Customize Your Calendar
- Select Your Preferred View
To switch between these views, select the Day, Week, or Month option at the top-right corner of your Calendar
- Open the Customize View Menu
Choose Customize View in the upper left corner of the Calendar
- Apply Filters
In the side menu, select filters to control what appears in your calendar.
- Save Your View
After customizing, select Save, name your view, and optionally set it as the default for future use.
You'll see your saved view at the top of your Calendar, where you'll have the option to toggle between each view as needed

Streamline Your Schedule: Use the “Hide Empty Activities” and “Hide Full or Unavailable Activities” filters to focus on what’s important.
