Activity categories group your experiences into named collections that appear as a Shop by Category option on both your booking widget and your dashboard. If you offer a range of experiences, categories help guests quickly narrow to the type they want — "Water Tours," "Family Friendly," "Private Charters" — instead of scrolling everything.

Create a category
- Go to More Discover More and select Activity Categories. (Don't see Discover More? Go to Setup Activity Categories.)
- Create a category and give it a clear, guest-facing name.
- Add the activities that belong in it.
An activity can belong to more than one category, so the same tour can appear under both "Family Friendly" and "Water Tours" if that helps guests find it.
If you don't see the Activity Categories page, you may not have the Setup: Activities permission. Ask your account owner to grant it.
