How to Clear Site Cookies by Browser

Step-by-step instructions for removing site-specific cookies in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge without clearing your entire browser data.

The simplest way to resolve cookie-related issues is to remove cookies for just our site — not your entire browser. Every modern browser supports this. Follow the steps below for your browser.

Chrome (Windows / Mac)

  1. Open our site in Chrome
  2. Click the lock icon next to the address bar
  3. Click Cookies and site data
  4. Select any cookies listed for our domain
  5. Click Remove
  6. Refresh the page

Alternative

  1. Go to chrome://settings/siteData
  2. Search for ourdomain.com
  3. Click the trash can next to it

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy
  3. Click Manage Website Data
  4. Search for ourdomain.com
  5. Select it and click Remove
  6. Reload the site

Safari (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down → Safari
  3. Tap Advanced → Website Data
  4. Search for ourdomain.com
  5. Swipe left → Delete

Firefox

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Privacy & Security
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data
  4. Click Manage Data
  5. Search for ourdomain.com
  6. Select it → Remove Selected

Edge

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Cookies and site permissions
  3. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
  4. Click See all cookies and site data
  5. Search for ourdomain.com
  6. Click Remove
