TripWorks regularly releases new features in beta, giving you early access to try them before they're officially launched. This article explains how to enable beta features for your account.

What is a Beta Feature? Beta features are new tools and functionality that are still being refined. They are fully functional but may receive updates and improvements based on user feedback.

How to Enable Beta Features

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Navigate to the Beta Features tab
  4. Toggle ON the beta features you want to enable
  5. Click Save to apply your changes

Once enabled, beta features will appear in their respective areas of the platform.

Tip: If you don't see the Beta Features tab in Settings, contact your account administrator to request access.

How to Disable Beta Features

If you want to stop using a beta feature:

  1. Go to Settings > Beta Features
  2. Toggle OFF the feature you want to disable
  3. Click Save

The feature will no longer appear in your account. You can re-enable it at any time.

Providing Feedback on Beta Features

We review all feedback and use it to shape the final version of each feature.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose data if I disable a beta feature?

No. Disabling a beta feature only hides it from view. Any data or settings associated with the feature are preserved.

When do beta features become official?

Once a beta feature has been tested and refined, it graduates to an official release. You'll be notified when this happens, and the feature will become available to all users automatically.

Can beta features affect my live bookings?

Beta features are thoroughly tested before release. However, we recommend familiarizing yourself with any new feature in a low-traffic period before relying on it during peak times.
