How to clear site cookies

Odd behavior after an update often clears up by removing cookies for just the TripWorks site — not your whole browser. Here's how in each major browser.

If TripWorks starts behaving oddly — a page won't load right, or you can't stay logged in — clearing cookies for just our site (not your whole browser) usually fixes it. Every modern browser supports this, so you don't lose sign-ins to other sites.

By browser

  • Chrome / Edge — with the TripWorks site open, select the site info icon (the tune or lock icon) to the left of the address bar, then choose the option to reset or delete cookies and site data for the site. Reload the page.
  • Safari (Mac) — go to Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data, search for tripworks, remove it, and reload.
  • Firefox — select the site info icon left of the address bar, then Clear cookies and site data for the site.

After clearing, reload TripWorks and sign in again.
