Efficient management of bookings and schedules is crucial, and the Calendar View was designed to streamline this process. Your Calendar provides a clear overview of your monthly activities, bookings, and availabilities. 

This article provides a detailed guide on how to make the most of your Calendar View.

Accessing Your Calendar 

The Calendar View is accessible within your dashboard. Simply select Calendar in the top navigation to open this view

 

 

Viewing Options

By default, you will be redirected to the Week View, although there are other views you may find helpful. We describe each of these views below:

Month View This view shows activities available for the entire month, offering a comprehensive look at what's scheduled over several weeks. 

Week View

This view shows the schedule for the current week, which is useful for planning shorter-term operations and managing daily activities.
Day View This view focuses on a single day’s activities, making it ideal for guides, pilots, captains, or anyone managing day-to-day operations to view their specific schedules.

 

 

Customizing the Calendar 

Customize your calendar view with filters, which allow you to enhance your efficiency and tailor the display to meet your needs. For example, customize the display to show only the activities that are booked, or hide activities without bookings. Both of these come in handy when checking availability for customers or planning your schedule. 

To customize your view: 

  1. Select Customize View in the upper left of the Calendar  
  1. In the side menu, select your preferred filters 

 

Pro Tip

Hide Empty Activities

This filter hides any activities with no bookings, making it helpful for getting a quick overview of your upcoming schedule. 

Hide Full or Unavailable Activities

This option hides activities that are fully booked or no longer available, allowing you to concentrate on tours with available slots.

 

 

  1. Select Save… 
  2. You'll then be prompted to name your view. You'll also have the option to use the view as your default when accessing the calendar. If this is your preference, check the box and select Save 

 

And that's it! You'll see your saved view at the top of your Calendar, where you'll have the option to toggle between each view as needed
