What You Can Search
Use universal search to locate any record in your system by entering the associated identifier.

- Be specific: Searching "john@email.com" is faster than just "john"
- Use confirmation codes: The quickest way to pull up a specific booking
- Partial phone numbers work: Searching "555-1234" will match full numbers containing those digits
Common Scenarios
Real-world examples of how universal search helps you serve customers faster.
Customer calls about their booking but doesn't have their confirmation number? Just ask for their email or phone number, type it into universal search, and you'll see all their trips instantly.
Need to look up a refund or charge? Enter the last 4+ digits of the customer's card and you'll find matching transactions.
Guest has a gift card but lost the email? Search by their name to pull up any gift cards associated with them.
