You can easily access and download your customer contact details by running the Guests Contacts Report. This report includes information for all guests on a trip, as long as their name, email, and phone number have been added to their ticket.
How to Access the Guest Contact Report
- Select Reports from the toolbar
- From the left menu, select More… > Guest Contacts
Here, you’ll find their guest profile code, full name, email address, phone number, birthday, age, address, country, and whether they’ve opted in for marketing.
