TripWorks regularly releases new tools in beta, giving you early access to try them before they're officially launched. Beta features are fully functional but still being refined, so they may change as the team acts on feedback.

Get access to a beta feature
Beta features are turned on for your account by TripWorks, not from your own settings. If you want to try one, contact support and tell us which feature you're interested in.
On our side, a TripWorks admin switches the feature on for your account under Setup → Beta Features. That page is only visible to TripWorks admins. Each beta lists the date it's due to launch for everyone, and once it does, it's on for every account with nothing to turn on.
If a beta feature isn't behaving as expected, that feedback is exactly what shapes it before launch, so tell support.
Frequently asked questions
Are beta features safe to use?
Yes — they're fully functional. They may still change based on feedback as they're refined toward an official launch.
Where do I turn them on?
You can't turn them on yourself. Ask support and a TripWorks admin will enable the feature for your account.
