Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna already work automatically on your booking widget. Link needs our early-access combined checkout experience.

Guests can already pay in one tap on your booking widget, no setup needed. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna all run automatically on every account that takes online payments; there's nothing to turn on. Link is available too, but only through our newer combined checkout experience, which is still early-access and turned on per account.

What your guests get

  • One-tap payment with Apple Pay and Google Pay, shown automatically to guests whose device and browser support them.
  • Klarna as a pay-over-time option, where eligible, also automatic.
  • Link, once your account has the newer combined checkout experience turned on (see below).
  • Only the options the guest's device and your payment settings support are shown, so the checkout stays clean and relevant.

Card payment is always available too, with 3D Secure verification built in.

Turning it on

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna need no setup. As soon as your account is set up to take online payments, these show up automatically for eligible guests: no separate toggle, early-access request, or account-manager step for any of them.

Link is the one piece that's still early-access. It ships as part of a newer, combined checkout experience that TripWorks turns on per account. To get it, reach out to your account manager or support@tripworks.com.

Once any of these are available, the wallet options a guest actually sees are decided automatically by their device and your payment settings; there's nothing to configure per booking.

Frequently asked questions

Which wallets are supported?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna — automatically, on every account that takes online payments. Link is also supported, but only once the newer combined checkout experience is turned on for your account. A guest only ever sees the options their device and your payment settings support.

How do I enable Apple Pay?

There's nothing to enable. Apple Pay runs automatically for any account set up to take online payments — no early access, no toggle, no request needed. If your account already takes card payments online, guests on a supported device already see it at checkout.

How do I enable Google Pay?

Same as Apple Pay: nothing to enable. It's automatic for any account that takes online payments.

How do I enable Link?

Link is part of our newer combined checkout experience, which is still early-access and turned on per account. Contact your account manager or support@tripworks.com to request it, and make sure your account already takes online payments.

Where does it appear?

On your online booking widget checkout. A guest taps the wallet button and confirms with their device — no card entry needed.
