As a reseller agent you can book trips for your customers, manage your reseller's reservations, and see your commission. You use your operator's normal TripWorks sign-in. This guide shows where each of those lives.

What you can do depends on the permissions the operator gave your agent group. This guide describes the default setup, so some options may differ for you.
Sign in for the first time
Your operator invites you by email. The email, "Your Invitation to TripWorks", has an Activate my account button. Select it and choose a password. The invitation expires after 7 days, and the operator can send a new one. If you already use TripWorks for another company, you get an email saying your dashboard access was granted instead, and you sign in with your existing password.
After that, sign in at your operator's TripWorks address, the same one their team uses. See Log in to your dashboard.
What you see
The top menu is short: - Sales, your reseller's reservations. - Reports, your sales and commission.
Calendar and Manifest only appear if your operator added them to your group. The rest of the operator's tools, such as Register and CRM, are hidden from agents.
Book a trip for a customer
- Select Sales, then Book Trip.
- In the Book window, choose the activity, date, number of guests, and time.
- Enter the customer's details and any add-ons.
- Pay if you're asked to, then confirm.
What happens at payment depends on how the operator set up your reseller: - Payment Required at Booking. You enter a card. - Invoice + Manually Apply Payments. You aren't asked for payment. The operator invoices your reseller. - No payment required. There's no payment step.
You can't overbook. Availability is limited to what the operator allows your reseller to sell.
Manage your reservations
Sales lists every reservation made under your reseller, not only the ones you made yourself. Open one to: - Edit the customer's details and custom fields. - Send the customer an email from the Email button. - Add a note with Note. - Reschedule it, or cancel it. - Change a ticket price, add a booking, or apply an offer code, if your group allows it.
You can't edit commission, and you can't see other resellers' trips or the operator's direct bookings.
Track your commission
Select Reports and open the reseller reports. They only show your reseller's bookings. - Commission Report. Net Sale and Commission, grouped by day, week, and so on. - Detail report. One row per booking with its confirmation number, commission rate, commissionable total, commission, and net sale.
Use the date range at the top, and the dropdown to switch between the Activity Date and the Date Created. Column filters let you narrow by activity or confirmation number. See Report on reseller revenue & commission.
Examples
- Book a walk-in for a hotel guest. Sales, Book Trip, fill in the details, and confirm.
- A customer needs to move. Open the reservation and reschedule it.
- Check what you earned last month. Reports, Commission Report, set the date range.
- Find one booking's commission. Open the Detail report and filter by confirmation number.
