When you're handling a large group — a school trip, a corporate outing, or any booking with negotiated rates — you can update the price for just the tickets you choose, all at once.
When to use it
This is built for bookings where different ticket types need different prices, for example:
- Student tickets at one rate and chaperones at another.
- Mixed group rates across boat sizes or seating types.
- Any custom or negotiated pricing within a single large booking.
How to change the price for selected tickets
- Open the booking.
- Use the checkboxes next to each ticket to select the tickets you want to reprice.
- With one or more tickets selected, choose Change Price from the action buttons (alongside actions like Pay, Check-In, and Assign Resources).
- Enter the new price and confirm. The price applies only to the tickets you selected — everything else stays the same.
How this compares to other pricing tools
- Change Price (selected tickets) — updates only the tickets you check. Best for mixed group pricing.
- Change Ticket Price — updates one ticket at a time.
- Change Price for All Tickets — applies a single price to every ticket in the booking.
