Online travel agencies and resellers — Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, and many others — can feed bookings straight into your TripWorks calendar so you manage everything in one place. How a given channel connects depends on the channel. There are three paths, and it helps to know which one you're on.
In this article
1. Direct integrations
TripWorks connects directly to GetYourGuide and Viator. With a direct integration, bookings, availability, and cancellations sync automatically between the OTA and TripWorks — there's nothing to enter by hand.
2. Channel managers & aggregators
A channel manager (or aggregator) connects you to many OTAs at once through a single connection. TripWorks integrates with Redeam and Prioticket this way.
The specific OTAs you can reach through an aggregator depend on your setup with that aggregator, not on a fixed TripWorks list — for example, Redeam maintains its own catalog of downstream channels, and which ones are available to you is managed on the Redeam side. So a reseller like Klook or Musement typically reaches you through an aggregator rather than through a dedicated TripWorks connection.
Because that coverage changes over time and is owned by the aggregator, check current availability with the aggregator or your TripWorks contact rather than assuming a fixed list.
3. OCTO-compatible partners & everything else
TripWorks supports the OCTO standard, so any OCTO-compatible channel manager can push bookings in. (Prioticket connects this way.)
For an OTA that has no direct integration and isn't carried by an aggregator you use — Airbnb Experiences is a common example — bring those bookings in manually or with a CSV import, and keep your availability updated in TripWorks so the same seats aren't sold twice. See Import your data.
Which path applies to me?
- Selling on GetYourGuide or Viator? Use the direct integration.
- Selling on several OTAs, or one carried by Redeam / Prioticket? Connect through the aggregator.
- Selling somewhere with no integration (e.g. Airbnb Experiences)? Enter or import those bookings and manage availability by hand.
If you're not sure how a specific OTA should connect, reach out — the right path depends on that OTA and your existing reseller setup.

Frequently asked questions
Does TripWorks integrate directly with my OTA?
Directly with GetYourGuide and Viator. Many other OTAs connect through a channel manager such as Redeam or Prioticket, and the rest come in by manual entry or CSV import. Which applies depends on the specific OTA.
What are Redeam and Prioticket?
They're channel managers (aggregators) that connect you to multiple OTAs through one integration. The OTAs available through them depend on your setup with that aggregator, which the aggregator maintains — not a fixed TripWorks list.
How do bookings from an OTA with no integration get into TripWorks?
Enter them manually or bring them in with a CSV import, and keep your availability updated so you don't oversell. See Import your data.
Can I connect Airbnb Experiences?
There's no dedicated Airbnb Experiences integration. Bring those bookings in manually or via CSV import — or through an aggregator if it carries that channel for you.
