You can add a custom footer to each activity that prints at the bottom of the receipt. Use it for a thank-you note, safety reminders, terms and conditions, contact details, or anything else you want in your guests' hands.
Because you set it up on the web platform, the footer is stored centrally and syncs to every device automatically. Set it once and every iPad and check-in station prints the same thing — no more recreating footers device by device.

Setting Up a Footer
- Open the activity you want to add a footer to.
- Go to the activity's settings, go to Description > Advanced
- Find the Receipt & Tickets field.
- Enter your footer content and format it the way you'd like.
- Save. The footer is now stored server-side and will print on that activity's boarding passes and receipts across all of your devices.

Formatting Your Footer
The footer supports rich text formatting, so you can shape it to look the way you want:
- Center, bold, or emphasize text
- Adjust sizing for a heading or fine print
- Break content into multiple lines
Good to Know
- It's per activity. Each activity can have its own unique footer, so a sunset cruise and a fishing charter can carry different messaging.
- It prints in two places. The same footer appears on both the receipt and the boarding pass from the mobile app.
- No per-device setup. Any device that pulls up the activity automatically displays and prints the correct footer.
