Notes are internal messages on a booking, such as a guest's request to move to a later time. Guests never see them.

Before you begin. Adding a note requires the Add comments to Trips permission, or permission to edit trips. If the Add Note button is missing, ask an account admin to grant it.

Add a note to a trip

  1. Open the trip and go to the Notes tab.
  2. Choose Add Note, type your note, and press Enter to save.

Add a note from the manifest

On the manifest, choose Add Note on a timeslot to leave a note that applies to that departure. Each order on the manifest also has its own note.

Edit or delete a note

Only the person who wrote a note can edit or delete it.

Notes and flags

A note records information and needs no action. To get a teammate to act on a trip, flag it instead. See Flag and unflag a trip.
