Your Viator Supplier ID (also called supplier number) is a numeric ID assigned to you by Viator — for example, 5060143. It is not generated by TripWorks; you retrieve it from the Viator Supplier portal when you connect your account to TripWorks.
Where to Find It in Viator
Log into supplier.viator.com, go to Account > Connectivity, and select TripWorks as your reservation system. Your Supplier ID and API Key will be displayed there.
Where It Is Stored in TripWorks
Once retrieved, the Supplier ID is entered on your Viator reseller profile in TripWorks:
- Go to More > Resellers in the top navigation.
- Find your Viator reseller profile, or create one if it does not exist yet.
- Open the profile and go to Settings > General.
- Scroll to the API Information section — your Viator Supplier ID and Viator API Key fields are there.
